Creating a viewing room (Part 1)

On of the big changes I am making when reopening. Is to create a viewing room for clients to view the photos from the shoot they have been on. So they can decide what images they want printed. This means converting the front room into the viewing room.

One of the most important things is to declutter the room. My plan is for there to be

1 x Television
1 x Television cabinet
1 x main seat red
1 x 2 seat red sofa
1 x computer connected to the TV to show the prints.
3 - 5 prints on the wall (showing the different print sizes offered and kinds of print).
Example of different frames

Currently, I have ordered the television and cabinet. Originally, I had hoped to use a TV stand that I already owned but due to the shape of the front room, it wouldn’t fit comfortably, so I have ordered a new one, which should hopefully fit the room well, with the TV on top.

I could have used a stand or put the TV on the wall but with the wires, it makes the room look messy.

Ideally, I would also change the sofa, as the one in the room is old but having a dog, who loves being on the sofa, will probably stop that being a priority for now.

The next part will be to choose, which print/framing company I plan to move to. Currently, I am evaluating, which company would be best but I won’t be able to know for sure until I am able to see their product.

Currently, I am trying to keep the budget under £3000 but have already eaten into quite a bit of it
